摘　　要：基于战略生态系统理论,系统梳理我国社区卫生服务机构存在的发展不平衡、不充分现状与问题,探讨社区卫生服务机构如何协同政府部门、社区、企事业单位、其他医疗卫生专业机构、内部资源、信息和文化等战略生态因子,打造良好的战略生态系统,以优化内外发展环境,延伸健康服务链条,快速提升服务能力、效率与质量,为我国社区卫生服务机构发展提供参考。Based on the theory of strategic ecosystem,the article systematically describes the unbalanced andinsufficient development of the community health service institutions in China,and discusses how community healthservice institutions cooperate with government departments,communities,enterprises and institutions,other medicaland health professional institutions,internal resources,information and culture.This article helps to create a goodstrategy ecological system,to optimize the internal and external development environment,to extend the health service chain,to quickly improve the service capacity,efficiency and quality so as to provide references for the development of China’s community health service institutions.
