摘　　要：文章通过整理和分析医师多点执业政策既有文献并梳理当前政策实践,从多元利益主体视角出发,剖析政策推行过程中的利益交错与政策掣肘,并提出医师多点执业推行的优化路径,旨在为卫生政策实践提供参考。Based on the analysis of the policy literature on the field of multiple-site physician practice and policy practices,the study analyzes the conflicts of interests and policy obstacles in the process of policy implementation from the perspective of multiple stakeholders,and propses the optimization path on the implementation of multi-site practice of physicians,in order to provide the reference for health policy practice.
