摘　　要：目的了解贵州省三级医院医务人员下基层服务意愿并探讨其影响因素。方法采取简单随机抽样的方法从贵州省9个市州中选取三级医院医务人员进行调查;基于对医务人员的调查数据,采用logistic回归分析探讨医务人员下沉意愿的影响因素。结果共发放问卷270份,有效问卷的回收率为96.3%;被调查的医务人员中,有175名占总体67.3%的医务人员愿意去基层服务。将单因素分析结果中有意义的因素再进行多因素logistic回归分析,得出4个影响医务人员下基层服务意愿的因素。结论根据相关影响因素,建议从医务人员业绩考核、职称评定、政策落实及改善基层医疗机构医疗技术水平等方面推进优质医疗资源下沉基层。Objective To understand the tertiary hospital staffs’willingness work at grassroots and to investigate the related influencing factors.Methods Investigating hospital staffs of tertiary hospitals from Guizhou9major cities by the simple random sampling method;based on the data from the tertiary hospitals,using the logistics regression model to analyze the influencing factors of hospital staffs’willingness working at grassroots.Results In the investigation,270questionnaires were conducted,and the rate of recovery of valid questionnaire was96.3%;in the hospital staffs being investigated,175hospital staffs,accounting for67.3%in total,were willing to work at grassroots.And the meaningful factors in the single factor analysis results were analyzed by multi-factor logistics regression model,and4factors of influencing the hospital staffs to work at grassroots were got.Conclusion Based on the related influencing factors,it is su ggested to promote the high quality medical resources sink at the grassroots from the aspects of feedback on performance of hospital staffs,professional title assessment,carrying out the policy and improving the technical level of basic medical institutions etc.
