摘　　要：临沂市人民医院结合医院后勤信息化建设总体规划,从如何实现医院后勤智能化管理,如何利用信息化手段进行安全管理,如何应用后勤智能化管理平台提高医院后勤的管理品质和服务质量等角度,构建了医院后勤智能化管理平台,利用智能化的管理手段对设备、人员、能源等方面进行有效管理,提升了医院在后勤方面的综合管理能力。Combining with the general plan of hospital logistics informatization construction,the paper constructs the logistics intelligent management platform of Linyi People’s Hospital from the aspects of how to realize the intelligent management of hospital logistics,how to use the informatization means to carry on the security management,how to apply the logistic intelligent management platform to improve the management quality and service quality of hospital logistics.The construction of hospital logistics intelligent management platform,through using intelligent management means to effectively manage equipment,personnel,energy and other aspects,enhance the hospital’s comprehensive ma nagement ability in logistics.
