乡镇卫生院常见病疾病集筛选与规范化诊疗路径研究

摘　　要：目的以吉林省常见病疾病集为依据,通过病历资料分析常见病诊疗过程中存在的问题,探讨乡镇卫生院建立常见病规范化诊疗的路径与方法。方法采用德尔菲法筛选乡镇卫生院常见病疾病集,并运用等比例分层抽样方法对吉林省乡镇卫生院进行常见病诊疗现状的流行病学调查。结果乡镇卫生院诊疗过程中存在诊疗程序不规范、服务效率偏低等问题。接诊、检查、鉴别诊断、病历书写、出院标准、健康教育及转诊等方面尚待完善。结论应根据乡镇特点,建立规范的乡镇卫生院常见病诊疗路径。Objective Based on the common diseases in Jilin Province,to analyze the problems of common disease diagnosis and treatment through medical records,and to explore the methods of standardized diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in township hospitals. Methods Using Delphi method to screen the common diseases in township hospitals,then using equal proportion stratified sampling method to investigate the status of diagnosis and treatment of co mmon diseases in township hospitals. Results In the process of diagnosis and treatment of township hospitals,there are many problems,such as irregular procedures,low service efficiency and so on. Reception,differential diagnosis,medical record writing,discharge standard,health education and referral need to be improved. Conclusion According to the characteristics of basic medical units,standardized diagnosis and treatment path for common diseases should be established.
