摘 要:为明确2015—2017年采自北方5省(区)马铃薯主产区的致病疫霉菌株对甲霜灵抗药性的频率及分布,探索甲霜灵与嘧菌酯之间是否存在交互抗性,本试验使用菌落生长速率法检测致病疫霉对甲霜灵的抗性,在此基础上选择部分高抗甲霜灵菌株培养在不同浓度嘧菌酯的含药平板上,通过EC50值评价其交互抗性。结果显示,2015—2017年采自北方5省(区)的致病疫霉菌株以中抗类型为主,3年分别为75.3%,73.3%和72.0%;高抗菌株在5省(区)均有分布,且出现频率由2015年的12.7%上升到2017年的19.5%,其中增长幅度最大的是辽宁省,增长了15.30%。高抗甲霜灵的致病疫霉菌株对嘧菌酯均表现为敏感,EC50值在0.0106~0.2317μg/mL之间。这表明虽然北方5省(区)致病疫霉对甲霜灵的抗性以中抗菌株为主,但高抗菌株均有分布,且出现频率逐年上升,嘧菌酯与甲霜灵之间不存在交互抗性,可以与甲霜灵交替使用来防治马铃薯晚疫病。The objective of this experiment is to clarify the frequency and distribution of metalaxyl resistance of Phytophthora infestans strains isolated from main potato production areas of five northern provinces in China from 2015 to 2017 and cross-resistance between metalaxyl and azoxystrobin.The colony growth rate method was used to detect the metalaxyl resistance of strains and some high anti-metalaxyl strains were selected and cultured on plates containing-azoxystrobin,and the cross-resistance was evaluated by the EC 50 value.The results showed that strains of P.infestans in 2015 to 2017 were mainly medium-resistant strains,accounting for 75.3%,73.3%and 72.0%,respectively;there were high resistance strains in five provinces,and its frequency increased from 12.7%in 2015 to 19.5%in 2017,the largest increase was in Liaoning,and increased by 15.30%.All of high antimetalaxyl P.infestans strains were sensitive to azoxystrobin,EC 50 values were between 0.0106 to 0.2317μg/mL.These findings indicate that metalaxyl resistance of P.infestans strains in five northern provinces were mainly medium-resistant strains,but high resistance strains were distributed,and the frequency is increasing year by year.There is no cross-resistance between azoxystrobin and metalaxyl,and metalaxyl could be replaced by azoxystrobin to control potato late blight.
