摘  要:介绍了在不同污泥浓度条件下处理印染废水的实验。实验表明,在一定污泥浓度范围内(2500~6500mg/L),增加污泥浓度对印染废水的污染物去除效率和处理深度都有较明显的提高。当废水进水COD在750 mg/L左右,MLSS约为6 g/L时,出水COD能达到100mg/L以下,COD去除率在80%以上。但经过不同污泥浓度的好氧处理后,色度并未有明显变化,说明好氧法活性污泥法对色度去除效果有限。相对低浓法,镜检观察到高浓法活性污泥中的原后生动物数量和种类更多,表明污泥更加成熟,水质情况更佳。The experiment of dying-printing wastewater treatment at several sludge concentration factors is introduced.In a range of concentrations(2500~6500mg/L),the experiment research shows that the removal rate and degree of Dying-printing Wastewater treatment is obviously improved as increasing the Concentration of Sludge.When the inflow COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand)and MLSS(Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids)are about 750 mg/L and 6g/L respectively,effluent with COD<100 mg/L is obtained and the COD removal increases more than 80%.But after aerobic treatment with different sludge concentration.The Chromaticity change is not obvious.It shows that aerobic activated sludge method has limited effect on color removal.Compare the Process of Low concentration activated sludge,A greater number and variety of proto-or metazoans were observed in highly enriched activated sludge By microscopy.This show that the sludge is more mature and the water quality is better.
