摘  要:对混凝土芯样抗压强度试验过程中的影响因素进行了分析。包括芯样端面处理方式、试验机加载速率、试验机上下压头形式等方面进行了研究。结果表明,采用硫磺胶泥补平方式,其芯样抗压强度最高,采用水泥净浆补平方式次之,采用机械磨平方式最低。对于强度等级为C30~C60的混凝土芯样而言,加载速率在一定范围内对试验结果的影响并不显著。采用封闭式压头,试验结果较之敞开式压头大。特别是对于强度等级较高的混凝土芯样,试验结果存在较大区别。Effect of concrete core sample on its compressive strength was studied in this paper,including treatment of end face,loading rate and type of testing machine pressing plate.The result shows that the compressive strength of concrete core sample which using sulfur mortar treatment is the highest,and using cement paste treatment is slightly lower,and mechanical grinding treatment is the lowest.The effect of loading rate on compressive strength of concrete sample is not obvious to the strength grade between C30 to C60.The compressive strength of concrete core sample which using enclosed pressing plate is higher than open pressing plate especially for high strength grade samples.
