摘  要:青川地震博物馆工程是浙江省支援青川县灾后恢复重建的标志性建筑之一,具有重要的历史意义。在建造过程中克服时间短、物质匮乏及施工环境恶劣等不利因素,组建了高效的项目管理团队,以施工技术方案为先导,采用大型机械设备辅助商品混凝土技术,高效完成了主体结构的施工,为青川地震博物馆工程的完工创造了有利条件,取得了良好的社会效益。The Qingchuan Earthquake Museum project is one of the landmark buildings in Zhejiang Province to support the post-disaster recovery and reconstruction of Qingchuan County,and has important historical significance.In the course of construction,to overcome the unfavorable factors such as short time,material shortage and bad construction environment,an efficient project management team has been set up.Taking the construction technology scheme as the guide,the main structure of the project has been completed efficiently by using large-scale machinery and equipment assisted commercial concrete technology,which will create a good foundation for the completion of the Qingchuan Earthquake Museum project.Favorable conditions have been achieved and good social benefits have been achieved.
