摘 要:乌江流域水情自动测报系统自2000年建成后,2006年进行了一次设备升级和通信方式优化,目前存在设备老化、通信方式有待改进、无线数据接收不符合安全防护要求、遥测站网布置不合理等问题,需要采用新技术从遥测设备选型、遥测站通信组网、数据接入安全管控、采集数据写库灵活配置、遥测站布置调整等方面进行优化改造,以提高系统可靠性,减小运行维护工作量,满足水库精细化调度的要求。Since the completion of the automatic system of hydrological data acquisition and transmission in the Wujiang basin in2000,an equipment upgrade and communication mode optimization were carried out in2006.At present,there are some problems,such as equipment aging,communication mode to be improved,wireless data receiving does not meet the requirements of security protection,unreasonable layout of telemetry station network,etc.In order to improve the reliability of the system,reduce the workload of operation and maintenance,and meet the requirements of fine reservoir dispatching,it is necessary to adopt new technology to optimize and transform the selection of telemetry equipment,telemetry station communication network,data access security management and control,flexible configuration of data acquisition and writing database,and adjustment of telemetry station layout.
