赣南地区孕晚期B族链球菌定植状况分析

摘　　要：目的:通过持续监测赣南地区孕晚期妇女的B族链球菌(GBS)定植率,为降低新生儿GBS感染相关围产期疾病风险提供可靠依据。方法:以2017年1月～2018年9月的200例35～37周孕晚期妇女为研究对象,进行阴道和直肠细菌培养,通过chrom ID Strepto B培养基高效筛选,用法国梅里埃VITEK 2 compact全自动细菌鉴定药敏仪进行阳性菌株验证,准确获得GBS的定植率。结果:35～37周孕晚期GBS筛查样本200例,其中阳性43例,阴性157例,定植率为21. 5%。结论:赣南地区孕晚期妇女GBS定植率远高于我国内地其他地区,正严重威胁本地区孕产妇与新生儿的健康,迫切需要警示临床重视筛查的必要性,锁定高危因素孕妇,为本地区GBS定植的孕晚期妇女采取有效预防措施提供科学依据。Objective:Continuously monitoring the colonization rate of group B streptococcus(GBS)in the third trimester of pregnancy of southern region and provide a reliable basis for reducing the risk of perinatal diseases related to GBS infection in neonates.Methods:A total of 200 cases with the third trimester of pregnancy women(35-37 weeks)as study subjects from January 2017 to September 2018,enrolled in the Vaginal and rectal bacterial cultures were efficiency screened by chromID Strepto B medium,and the French Mérieux VITEK 2 compact fully automated bacteria identification drug susceptibility instrument was used to verify the positive strain,and the colonization rate of GBS was accurately obtained.Results:200 samples of GBS screening in the third trimester(35-37 weeks)were collected in obstetrics department of all hospitals in the region,and 43 positive cases and 157 negative cases.The colonization rate was 21.5%.Conclusion:The rate of GBS colonization in the third trimester of southern region was much higher than the other parts of China.It was seriously threatening the health of pregnant women and newborns in the region.The need for clinical attention to screening is urgently needed,and high-risk pregnant women should be identified.This study provides a scientific basis for effective preventive measures for GBS colonized women in the third trimester in the region.
