四肢骨折患者应用电子脉冲敷贴仪消肿镇痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电子脉冲敷贴仪对四肢骨折患者肢体肿胀及疼痛的治疗效果。方法:将107例四肢新鲜骨折患者随机分为观察组54例和对照组53例,观察组在患者入院时及术后第1天开始使用电子脉冲敷贴仪,每天2次,每次30 min,其余时间进行常规的抬高患肢及功能锻炼,对照组仅采用常规的抬高患肢及功能锻炼。观察2组患者肢体肿胀情况及疼痛程度。结果:观察组在入院第3天、术后3、5天肿胀减轻程度以及入院后第3天、术后3、5天疼痛缓解程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:四肢骨折患者应用电子脉冲敷贴仪具有较好的消肿、镇痛效果。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of electronic pulse applicator on limb swelling and pain in limbs fracture patients.Methods:107 cases of fresh fracture of limbs were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(54 cases)and control group(53 cases).The patients in observation group began to use electronic pulse applicator at the time of admission and the first day after operation,twice a day,30 minutes each time.The patients were given routine lifting of affected limbs and functional exercises at the rest of the time.The patients in control group were only used routine lifting of affected limbs.And functional exercise.The swelling and pain degree of the 2 groups were observed.Results:The degree of swelling relief and the degree of pain relief on the 3rd day of admission,the 3rd and 5th day after the operation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of electronic pulse applicator in patients with limbs fracture has better detumescence and analgesia effect.
