摘  要:目的:研究精细化健康体检管理模式在综合医院体检中心中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年8月~2018年5月健康体检科120例体检者作为研究对象,通过单双号法分为对照组(n=60,行常规护理)和试验组(n=60,行精细化管理),比较两组健康知识掌握率、体检满意度。结果:试验组健康知识掌握率、体检满意度均高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:综合医院体检中心应用精细化健康体检管理模式有利于提高体检者对医学健康知识的认知和对体检护理服务的满意度,增进护患间和谐友好关系,值得积极推广。Objective:To study the application effect of fine physical examination management mode in general hospital physical examination center.Methods:120 cases of physical examination in the medical center of our hospital in August 2016~2018 May were selected as the research object,and the control group(n=60,routine nursing)and experimental group(n=60,fine management)were divided into the control group by single and double number method,and the health knowledge mastery rate and physical examination satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The mastery rate of health knowledge and physical examination satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of fine health examination management mode in general hospital physical examination center is beneficial to improve the cognition of medical health knowledge and satisfaction of medical care service,improve the harmonious and friendly relationship between nurses and patients,and should be used for reference and promotion.
