摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声、数字X线引导下下肢静脉造影检查在下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全临床诊断中的价值。方法选取德阳市人民医院自2014年1月至2016年5月临床诊断为大隐静脉曲张的53例患者(60条患肢)为研究对象。所有患者均接受彩色多普勒超声及数字X线引导下下肢静脉造影检查,客观分析并总结两种影像检查的图像特点;以手术情况为"金标准",评价彩色多普勒超声及数字X线引导下下肢静脉造影的临床诊断价值,包括灵敏度、特异度和诊断符合率。结果数字X线引导下下肢静脉造影检查的灵敏度、特异度、诊断符合率均高于彩色多普勒超声,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论彩色多普勒超声、数字X线引导下下肢静脉造影均具有定位精确、动态显示反流程度等优点,是评估下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的高敏感性、高准确性辅助检查方法,各有优劣。Objective To investigate the value of different imaging techniques in the clinical diagnosis of deep venous valvular insufficiency of the lower extremities,and to investigate the appropriate method of auxiliary imaging examination for deep venous valvular insufficiency of the lower extremities.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 53 cases of patients(60 limbs)with varicose saphenous vein who were admitted from January 2014 to May 2016.All patients received color Doppler ultrasound and digital X-ray guided venography examination of the lower extremity,objective analysis and summary of the image characteristics of the two imaging examination;the clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography and digital X-ray guided venography of lower limbs was evaluated,including sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate.Results The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of digital X-ray guided venography of lower limbs were higher than that of color doppler ultrasound,while the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography and digital X-ray guided venography of the lower extremities have the advantages of accurate positioning and dynamic display of reflux degree,which are auxiliary examination methods with high sensitivity and accuracy for the insufficiency of deep vein valve function of the lower extremities,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.
