摘 要:在航空发动机轴流压气机流动通道中,为提高流场品质在高低压转子之间常会引入串列叶栅结构。叶栅上游叶片的转动会引起串列叶栅流场的动态入流(非定常入流)效应。动态入流会造成流场强烈脉动,影响串列叶栅的性能;研究动态入流串列叶栅流场的特性具有重要的工程意义。为了研究压气机串列叶栅在动态入流条件下的流场运动特性,选取了三个不同转子频率,运用用户自定义函数(UDF)实现进口马赫数随着时间正弦变化;进行压气机串列叶栅流场的数值模拟。结果表明动态入流下的串列叶栅流场比恒定来流的串列叶栅流场分离现象更加严重,叶栅流场的流通能力降低,入流频率越低流通能力越差。In the aero-engine axial compressor flowing passage,the tandem cascades are usually used between the high pressure and low pressure rotors to improve the quality of the flow field.The rotation of the upstream vane will cause the dynamic inflow(unsteady inflow)of tandem cascade,which will result in strong oscillation of the flow field and impact on the performance of tandem cascade.Hence,the characteristic study on the tandem compressor cascade flow field under the condition of dynamic inflow has great engineering significant.In order to study that,three different rotor frequencies were selected for the numerical simulation of compressor tandem cascade flow field,and the user-defined function(UDF)is used to achieve the change of inlet Mach number.The result indicates that the separation of dynamic inflow flow field is more serious than that of steady case,and the through-flow capacity decreases.Lower the inflow s frequency is,worse the through-flow capacity is.
