摘 要:基于SLM(选区激光熔融技术)打印零件轻量化设计的要求,为弥补轻量化结构设计过程中的盲目性和不确定性,利用拓扑优化软件对单元结构进行拓扑优化,提取优化后的单元结构进行再设计得出几种基本单元构型。将几种基本的单元构型填充长方体类构件,利用有限元分析不同单元填充时在不同载荷形式下构件的力学性能,并通过改变单元的尺寸参数、分布密度探究单元结构对构件力学性能的影响。分析结果表明,当主要承载方式为压缩载荷时,拱形单元结构具有较好的力学性能,而当承受弯曲载荷时,在构件应力集中区域增加单元的填充密度可以提高构件的承载能力。当结构设计既要满足构件的强度也要满足轻量化设计时,可以通过改变单元构型的尺寸参数及排布方式得到最优化的设计。On the basis of the requirements of SLM(selective area laser melting technology)lightweight design of printed parts,in order to make up for the blindness and uncertainty in the design process of lightweight structure,topology optimization software is used to optimize the unit structure and extract the optimized unit structure redesign to arrive at several basic unit configuration.Several basic unit configurations are filled in rectangular parallelepiped components.The finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the components under different loading conditions.The mechanical properties of the components are investigated by changing the unit parameters and the distribution density influences.The results show that when the main load is compressive,the arch structure has good mechanical properties.When the flexural load is applied,increasing the packing density of the unit can increase the bearing capacity of the component.Furthermore,when the structural design needs to meet the strength of the components and meet the lightweight design,the optimal design can be obtained by changing the size and arrangement of the unit configuration.
