摘 要:基于正交试验法优化陶瓷刀具表面微织构激光刻蚀工艺参数,使用极差分析法绘制了各因素与各指标之间的关系曲线图,得到各因素对微织构尺寸的影响程度,以此优化激光工艺参数。结果表明:影响微织构宽度的主次顺序为重复频率、激光功率、扫描次数、扫描速度;影响微织构深度的主次顺序为:扫描次数、重复频率、扫描速度、激光功率。激光功率过大、扫描速度过慢、重复频率过大、扫描次数过多,会使得陶瓷刀具表面微织构底产生裂纹。采用优化后的工艺参数进行实验,有效地抑制了微织构表面裂纹的产生,且微织构尺寸达到切削实验要求。Based on orthogonal test method,the micro-texture laser etching process parameters of ceramic tool surface are optimized.The relationship diagram between each factor and each indicator is plotted using the range analysis method.The degree of influence of various factors on the micro-texture size is obtained to optimize the laser process parameters.The results show that the order of influence on micro-texture width is repetition frequency,laser power,scan times and scanning speed;the order of influence on micro-texture depth is scan times,repetition frequency,scanning speed and laser power.If the laser power is too large,the scanning speed is too slow,the repetition frequency is too large,and the number of scans is too large,cracks may occur on the surface of the micro-texture of the ceramic tool.Experiments are carried out with optimized process parameters,which effectively suppress the generation of micro-texture surface cracks,and the micro-texture size meet the requirements of cutting experiments.
