摘  要:以某微型机械手中JS行星齿轮的传动系统为研究对象,对该行星系统的传动比、各轴角速度、太阳轮与行星轮间啮合力、行星轮与内齿轮间啮合力、啮合频率等进行理论计算,得出该行星系统的运动学及动力学分析的理论值。利用Adams软件对该J S行星传动系统进行运动学和动力学仿真,得出该JS行星系统的运动学和动力学仿真结果。将该JS行星系统理论值与Adams软件仿真值进行对比分析,得出其两者的计算结果误差接近为零,由其误差可知,该虚拟样机模型为可行的。利用Creo Simulate对其进行有限元分析,得出该行星系统中关键零部件的静力学、疲劳和模态结果,根据所得结果判断其零部件强度可靠,进而验证该设计是合理可行。Taking the transmission system of JS planetary gear in a miniature manipulator as the research object,this paper calculates the transmission ratio of the planetary system,the angular velocity of each axle,the meshing force between the sun gear and the planetary wheels the meshing force between the planetary gear and the internal gear,and the meshing frequency.The theoretical values of the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the planetary system are derived.The kinematics and dynamics simulation of the JS planetary transmission system are carried out using Adams software,and the kinematics and dynamics simulation results of the JS planetary system are obtained.Comparing the theoretical value of JS planetary system with the simulation value of Adams software,it is concluded that the error of the two calculation results is close to zero.It is known from the error that the virtual prototype model is feasible.Creo Simulate is used to perform finite element analysis on the static,fatigue and modal results of key components in the planetary system.According to the obtained results,it is judged that the strength of the parts is reliable,and then the design is verified to be reasonable and feasible.
