摘　　要：通过对某集团现有瓦楞纸箱生产线的考察,提取出重要生产设备的技术参数。运用Flexsim软件对瓦楞纸板生产线进行仿真分析,以发现生产线的加工瓶颈环节。通过1 h的仿真运行,得出结论:面纸的库存有堆积;里纸和瓦楞原纸预热器加热过程较长,对流水线的阻止时间约占60%;涂胶、输送过桥、双面机烘干等三个工位的空置率达到70%。说明该集团现有瓦楞纸板生产工艺存在较严重的设备利用不合理现象,阻碍了生产率的提高。This paper extracts the technical parameters of important production equipment by examining the existing corrugated box production line of a group.Flexsim software is used to simulate the corrugated board production line to find the processing bottleneck of the production line.Throughone-hour simulation operation,it is concluded that the inventory of the covering paperhas accumulated too much;the heating process of the inner paper and the corrugated paper preheater is too long,and the blocking time of the assembly line is about60%;The vacancy rate of the gluing station,the conveying bridge station and the double-sided machine drying stationreaches70%.It shows that the existing corrugated board production process of the group has serious irrational use of equipment,which hinders the improvement of productivity.
