摘 要:以MnSO_4·H_2O和KMnO_4为原料,去离子水为溶剂,采用液相沉淀法,在集束式对流微通道反应器中合成超细球形MnO_2颗粒;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重-差热分析仪(TGA-DTA)、电化学工作站对MnO_2颗粒进行分析表征,研究工艺条件对MnO_2颗粒尺寸以及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:通过控制操作条件,在集束式对流微通道反应器中可以得到形貌与性能良好的MnO_2颗粒;在陈化2 h、220℃煅烧工艺条件下,得到MnO_2的比电容为175 F/g左右,循环充放电500次后性能下降约10%。Ultrafine spherical MnO2particles were prepared via the liquid deposition method in a clustered countercurrent flow micro-channel reactor(C-CFMCR),in which two streams of MnSO4and KMnO4aqueous solutions reacted with each other.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis(TGA-DTA)and electrochemical workstation were used to characterize the samples.The influence of preparation conditions on particle morphologies and electrochemical properties were investigated.The results indicate that MnO2with fine morphology and properties is obtained under optimized operating conditions in C-CFMCR.With aging time of2h and calcination for2h at220℃,MnO2particles with a specific capacitance(SC)of about175F/g are synthesized.After500cycles of galvanostatic charge and discharge,the capacitance loss is about10%.
