苗侗民族文化创意产业发展的现状与路径探析——以贵州省黔东南州为例

摘　　要：民族文化创意产业是文化创意产业向民族文化资源的拓展与延伸,是文化创意产业的子范畴和延展形态。黔东南州苗侗民族文化资源特色鲜明,蕴藏着丰富的文化创意符号和创意元素。新时期,推动苗侗民族文化创意产业的转型升级与创新发展,需要深入剖析当前所面临的发展现状及其困境,应以黔东南国家级文化生态保护实验区建设为契机,"活态保护"和传承好优秀民族文化遗产,挖掘苗侗民族文化资源的深层内涵与创意符号,营造开放包容的创意环境,科学建构新兴的文化创意产业发展模式,走互嵌融合之路,协同推进苗侗民族文化创意产业集群发展。Ethnic cultural and creative industry is the expansion to the national culture resources field,which is also a sub-category and extension form.Miao and Dong ethnic cultural resources of Qiandongnan are regarded as the distinctive culture which contains varieties of creative symbols and elements.In new period,it is necessary to take the follow-up countermeasures to promote transformation,upgrading and innovation development of the cultural and creative industry of Miao and Dong.For example,current situation and development could be analyzed in depth;the construction of the experiment area national ecological cultural protection could be applied into the protection and heritage of excellent ethnic cultures;potential significance of creative symbols should be explored to build the open and inclusive environment;the innovative development model should be built scientifically;and the mutual and integrated measure also could be adopted to promote the development the ethnic cultural and creative industry of Miao and Dong minority.
