摘 要:城镇污水处理厂生物反应池作为脱氮除磷的核心单元,其运行结果的好坏直接决定氮、磷等污染物的去除率。为了给生产工艺调整提供重要依据,提高氮的去除效率,降低生物反应池故障发生率,选取苏州工业园区第二污水厂为研究对象,通过在线仪表监测并分析不同水质条件下的硝化、反硝化反应速率特征。结果表明:反硝化过程存在三个速率明显不同的反硝化阶段,且随着反应时间的延长,反硝化速率逐渐降低;硝化过程效果较好,硝化反应很充分,好氧停留时间充足。根据不同的分析结果,采用不同的调控措施,给生产工艺预先调整提供依据,实现污水处理精确控制,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。As the core unit of denitrification and dephosphorization,biological reaction tank of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)directly determines the removal rate of pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus.In order to provide an important basis for the adjustment of production process,to improve nitrogen removal efficiency and to reduce bioreactor failure,No.2WWTP in Suzhou industrial park was selected as the research object.Characteristics of nitrification and denitrification rates under different water conditions were analyzed with on-line monitoring instrument.The results showed that there were three stages with different denitrification rates in denitrification process.Denitrification rate gradually decreased with the increase of reaction time.Besides,the nitrification process was better and nitrification reaction was adequate,the duration of aerobic residence time was sufficient.According to different analysis results,adopting different control measures provides a basis for pre-adjustment of production process to achieve precise control of wastewater treatment and has good environmental and economic benefits.
