摘　　要：针对T/R组件性能参数多、测试步骤复杂、人工测试效率低下的问题,采用积木式的系统架构和低耦合性的模块化设计思想,基于通用仪器搭建了测试系统的硬件平台,利用LabWindows/CVI软件开发环境实现了一种实用的T/R组件性能测试系统.该测试系统能够实现T/R组件多个性能参数的自动测试、测试状态显示、测试数据存储与打印等功能.测试结果表明,该T/R组件性能测试系统操作简单,测试结果准确,相比人工测试效率明显提高.Aiming at the problems of T/R module with many performance parameters,complex test steps and low efficiency of manual testing,this paper adopts the system architecture of building block and the idea of low-coupling modular designing,builds the hardware platform of the testing system based on general instruments,and implements a practical T/R module performance test system by use of software development environment of LabWindows/CVI.The proposed test system can accomplish the function of automatic test,test status display,test data storage,printing,etc.of T/R module’s multiple performance parameters.Test results show that the T/R module performance testing system is simple to operate,with accurate results,and compared with manual testing,the efficiency is significantly improved.
