摘 要:针对高输出电压移相全桥直流变换器滞后桥臂软开关实现范围窄、次级整流电路二极管电压应力大、二极管硬关断等问题,引入辅助电流源网络和谐振四倍压整流电路,扩大滞后桥臂软开关实现范围,降低二极管电压应力,实现二极管零电流关断(ZCS).首先分析了该变换器的工作原理,然后对变换器的关键参数进行设计,最后结合研制的一台输出功率2000 W的实验样机,进行了实验.实验结果验证了该变换器电路拓扑的可行性.Aiming at the problem that the high output voltage phase-shifted full-bridge DC converter has a narrow actuation range of lagging bridge arm soft switch,a large diode voltage stress of the secondary rectifier circuit,and hard switch-off of the diode and so on,this paper introduces an auxiliary current source network and a resonant quadruple voltage rectifier circuit to expand the actuation range of lagging bridge arm soft-switch,to reduce the diode voltage stress,and achieve diode zero-current switch-off(ZCS).Firstly,the paper analyzes the working principle of converter,and then designs the key parameters of converter.Finally,an experimental prototype with an output power of 2000 W is developed and the experiment is carried out.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the circuit topology.
