摘 要:通过调查资料研究河北康保牧场不同生境鼠类群落的结构特征,分析其影响因素,为当地的鼠疫防治提供依据。运用夹夜法进行鼠密度监测,调查人员于2010年至2013年间每年4到7月份,对垄岗、草滩、耕地、林地、荒地5种生境进行鼠类监测,共捕获鼠类146只,经鉴定隶属于1目3科5属7种,黑线仓鼠和小毛足鼠为该区域的优势鼠种,草滩、耕地、林地3种生境捕获鼠类数量占总捕鼠量的86. 99%。研究结果表明:康保牧场鼠类密度较低,各生境内优势鼠种明显,建议分生境采取针对性防治措施;继续加强对鼠密度的监测,做到分类分区、科学防控,从而减少鼠媒传染病的发生和传播。This paper studies the structural characteristics of murine communities in different habitats,Kangbao pasture,and analyzes its influencing factors,in order to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of plague.Using night trapping method for rat density monitoring,investigators monitored rats and mice in5types of land use,i.e.,mound,grassland,farmland,forestland and wasteland,during April to July each year from2010to2013,and total146rats and mice were captured,which were identified belonging to1Order,3Families,5Genus,and7species,both Cricetulus Barabensis Pallas and Phodopus roborovskii Satunin were dominant species,and86.99%of the total amount of mice were captured in the habitats of grassland,farmland and forestland.The results showed that the density of rodents was low in Kangbao pasture,and the dominant species were obvious in each habitat.It was recommended to take targeted measures to control the amount of mice,and continue to strengthen the density monitoring of the rat,so as to reduce the occurrence and spread of the disease.
