无蜡粉标记不育株对油菜杂交种产量的影响

摘　　要：在甘蓝型油菜移栽时,将不同比例的隐性质不育无蜡粉标记不育株混栽于杂交种正常株中,研究不育株率对油菜杂交种产量的影响。结果表明:不同品种间产量差异不显著,而不同不育株率处理间产量差异显著。不育株率为0时,杂交种产量表现最好,其次是不育株率为5%时。产量由高到低的不育株率处理顺序为:处理7(0)>处理6(5%)>处理5(10%)>处理4(15%)>处理3(30%)>处理2(50%)>处理1(100%)。在苗情性状、农艺性状及产量性状上,不育株比正常株表现较差,不育株率对杂交种产量有一定影响,但无明显线性关系。In the transplantation of Brassica napus,different proportion of male sterile plants of recessive waxless were mixed in normal hybrid plants to study the effect of sterile plant rate on the yield of rapeseed hybrids.The results showed that there was no significant difference in yield between different varieties,but there was significant difference in yield among treatments with different sterile plant rates.When the sterile plant rate was 0,the hybrids yield was the best,followed by the sterile plant rate of 5%.The yield order of sterile plant rate treatment from high to low was:treatment 7(0)>treatment 6(5%)>treatment 5(10%)>treatment 4(15%)>treatment 3(30%)>treatment 2(50%)>treatment 1(100%).In seedling condition,agronomic traits and yield traits,the performance of sterile plants were worse than those of normal plants.The rate of sterile plants had a certain effect on the hybrids yield,but there was no obvious linear relationship.
