综合护理在骨质疏松患者行云克治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过调查两组骨质疏松患者的临床症状及实验室指标的变化,比较综合护理对疗效的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,观察组52例,对照组51例,对观察组采取包括疼痛护理、心理护理、用药指导及一般知道在内的综合护理,对照组给予一般护理,以采用NRS对疼痛进行评分,以患者T值进行评断疗效。结果两组经云克联合治疗后,疼痛均有所缓解,其中对照组NRS评分下降(2.628±1.549),观察组NRS评分下降(3.635±1.738)两组差异具有统计学意义(t=3.103,P=0.002);患者治疗前平均T值为(-2.859±0.338),治疗后平均T值为(-2.610±0.322),差异具有统计学意义(t=5.423,P=0.000),而观察组及对照T值得变化量间的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论云克联合治疗对骨质疏松症有着良好的疗效,可有效的缓解患者疼痛并使疾病归转,而在给予相同治疗的情况下,综合护理可以进一步的缓解患者的临床症状,并提高患者的生活质量,减轻其痛苦。Objective By observe the changes in clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of two groups of patients with osteoporosis,the effects of comprehensive nursing were compared.Methods 103 patients were divided into two groups randomly,52 patients in the observation group and 51 patients in the control group.Comprehensive nursing including pain management,psychological care,medication guidance and general guidance for the observation group,general nursing for control group.The pain was scored using a Numerical Rating Scale,and the patient's bone density value was used to judge the effect.Result For both groups were treated with Yunke,the pain was alleviated successfully.The NRS score of the control group decreased by(2.628±1.549),when observation group decreased by(3.635±1.738).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.103,P=0.002).Before treatment,the average T value was(2.85±0.338),when they finished the treatment average T value was(-2.610±0.322),the difference was statistically significant(t=5.423,P=0.000).The change of T value between the observation group and the control group was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Yunke combined therapy has a good effect on osteoporosis,which can effectively alleviate the pain of patients and turn the disease back.In the case of the same treatment,comprehensive nursing can further alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.
