支气管哮喘患者诱导痰细胞百分比与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管哮喘患者中诱导痰和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞EOS(eosinophile granulocyte)百分比的相关性。方法随机选择2013年9月-2016年9月在我院接受治疗的支气管哮喘患者62例,设为观察组,另随机选取同期在我院接受体检的健康人员63名,设为对照组,均对诱导痰细胞、外周血EOS、肺功能实施检测,分析检测结果。结果观察组诱导痰异常检出率为98. 39%,显著较对照组的4. 76%高,有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组FVE1. 0占预计值百分比低于对照组,诱导痰与外周EOS百分比均较对照组高,有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组诱导痰EOS百分比> 10. 0%的患者FVE1. 0占预计值比显著低于<10. 0%的患者,外周血EOS百分比显著高于<10. 0%的患者,均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论支气管哮喘患者诱导痰与外周血EOS百分比呈正相关关系,可反应患者气道炎症程度。Objective To investigate the correlation between the percentage of eosinophile granulocyte(EOS)in induced sputum and peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods62cases of bronchial asthma patients from September2013to September2016in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and another63healthy people were selected as the control group.Their induced sputum cells,peripheral blood EOS,and pulmonary function test were comparatively analyzed between the two groups.Results The abnormal rate of induced sputum was98.39%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than4.76%in the control group(P<0.05).The predicted value of FVE1.0percentage was lower,and induced sputum and peripheral EOS percentage were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the predicted value of FVE1.0percentage was lower in patients with EOS>10% than patients with EOS<10% in induced sputum,and it was higher in patients with EOS>10% than patients with EOS<10% in peripheral blood(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the percentage of induced sputum and the percentage of EOS in peripheral blood of bronchial asthma patients,which can reflect the degree of airway inflammation.
