摘 要:为了探讨不同密度棉蚜胁迫对棉花抗虫性营养物质的影响,以‘新陆中50号’棉花品种为材料,研究了不同棉蚜密度(0、50、100、200头/株)和不同危害时间(24、48、72、96h)对可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,棉蚜取食后,棉花叶片可溶性糖含量随着刺吸胁迫时间的延长而增加,随着蚜虫数量的增加而下降。棉花叶片游离脯氨酸含量随着刺吸胁迫时间的延长而下降,随着棉蚜数量的增加而增加。表明不同密度棉蚜胁迫会影响游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的变化。In order to study the effect of Aphis gossypii stress with different densities on the insect-resistant nutrients of cotton,the effects of different densities(0,50,100and200aphids per plant)at different exposure time(24,48,72and96h)of Aphis gossypii on the contents of soluble sugar and free proline were studied by using‘Xinluzhong50’cotton variety as the experimental material.Results showed that the content of soluble sugar in cotton leaves increased with the prolongation of feeding time of spiking stress and the content of soluble sugar in cotton leaves decreased with the increase of aphid number after feeding.And the content of free proline in cotton leaves decreased the prolongation of prickly stress time but increased with the increase of cotton aphid population,which showed that the content of free proline and soluble sugar were affected by different densities of cotton aphid stress.
