摘  要:为研究种衣剂对低温下棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)幼苗生理特性的影响,以‘新陆早57号’为材料,采用室内盆栽培养法,温度设置为10、18℃,低温胁迫时间为0、1、2、3d,分别从呼吸碳代谢、电子传递途径和活性氧清除系统等方面探讨种衣剂对棉花幼苗低温伤害的缓解作用。结果表明,温度处理降低棉苗株高、叶面积和干物质的积累量,而种衣剂包衣处理可以缓解低温对棉苗的伤害;正常条件下棉苗呼吸途径以三羧酸循环(TCA)和细胞色素氧化酶(COX)电子传递为主,TCA和COX随着温度的降低而降低,而种衣剂包衣处理能保持较高的TCA、COX途径和ATP含量,调节各呼吸途径和各电子传递链的比例,提供还原力烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH),产生更多的能量供棉苗直接利用;种衣剂处理下棉花幼苗的叶片和根系中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)大量减少。种衣剂包衣处理能通过调控棉花幼苗的呼吸代谢和电子传递途径、保护酶活性来提高棉花幼苗的耐寒性。To study the effects of seed coating agents on the physiological characteristics of cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)seedlings at low temperature,‘Xinluzao57’as the material,indoor pot culture method,the temperature was set at10℃and18℃,the time of stress was0,1,2and3days.The alleviating effects of seed coating agents on low temperature injury of cotton seedlings were discussed from the aspects of respiratory carbon metabolism,electron transport pathway and active oxygen scavenging system.The results showed that:Temperature treatment reduced the plant height,leaf area and dry matter accumulation of cotton seedlings,while seed coating agent treatment could alleviate the damage of low temperature to cotton seedlings.Under normal conditions,the respiratory pathway of cotton seedlings was dominated by three carboxylic acid cycle(TCA)and cytochrome oxidase(COX)electron transfer,TCA and COX decreased with the decrease of temperature,seed coating agent treatment could maintain high TCA,COX pathway and ATP content,the ratio of each respiratory pathway and the electron transport chain was adjusted.Providing reducing power nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)helped to generate more energy for cotton seedling direct use.The activities of catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the leaves and roots of cotton seedlings were significantly increased under the seed coating treatment,and malondialdehyde(MDA)was greatly reduced.In conclusion,seed coating treatment can improve the cold tolerance of cotton seedlings by regulating the respiratory metabolism and electron transport pathways of cotton seedlings and protecting enzyme activities.
