摘　　要：本文在探讨房产档案信息化管理的含义、房产档案信息化管理特点的基础上,指出房产档案信息化管理存在的部分单位房产档案资料数字化建设不足、档案管理人员专业技能不足、管理效率及手段有待改进等5个问题,提出加强房产档案信息化管理的5条建议,即,加强房产档案数字化建设、提升管理人员专业技能、整合管理系统、实现网上办事、加大对安全体系的建设力度等。Based on the discussion of the meaning and characteristics of real estate archives informatization management,this paper points out five problems of real estate archives informatization management,such as,insufficient digital construction of archives of some units,lack of professional skills of archive management personnel,management efficiency and means to be improved,and so on.Five suggestions for strengthening the informatization management of real estate files are proposed,namely,strengthening the digital construction of real estate files,upgrading the professional skills of management personnel,integrating management systems,realizing online services,and strengthening the construction of security systems.
