摘　　要：本文DMAIC分析过程下,以A企业仓储出库流程为研究对象,对现状进行分析,建立了设计变更执行流程的Petri网模型。在此基础上,寻找各子网,根据子网间同步和冲突关系分析流程中的问题,提出解决方案,实现流程的优化。Under the DMAIC analysis process,the A Company's warehousing process is taken as the research object,and the current situation is analyzed.The Petri net model of the design change execution process is established.On this basis,look for each subnet,and propose solutions based on the analysis of the problems in the process of synchronization and conflict relationship between subnets to optimize the process.
