摘 要:半电波暗室30MHz~1000MHz频段的NSA仿真,以往采用单一方法,往往造成低频端或高频端模拟偏差超标。考虑波长接近吸波体尺寸时,吸波体内部的电磁波吸收和反射影响显著;波长远小于吸波体尺寸时,其影响可以忽略,确定采取分频段仿真。在30MHz~200MHz采用有限元法计算,在200MHz~1000MHz采用射线跟踪法计算。低频段使用分层模型模拟吸波体对电磁波的吸收和反射;高频段分析了反射路径和反射率。仿真与实测结果趋势一致,且与NSA理论标准值的偏差不超过±4dB。表明分频段仿真预测半电波暗室的NSA特性可行。The semi-anechoic chamber NSA simulation Previously using a single method in the30MHz^1000MHz frequency band,which often causes the analog deviation excessive at the low frequency end or the high frequency end.Considering when the wavelength is close to the size of the absorber,the electromagnetic wave absorption and reflection inside the absorber are significant,if the wavelength is much smaller than the size of the absorber,the influence can be neglected,the waveband segmentation simulation is adopted.FEM is used for simulation calculation from 30MHz to 200MHz and RTM is used from 200MHz to 1000MHz.A layered model is used to simulate the absorber absorption and reflection of electromagnetic waves in low frequency band.Reflection path and reflectivity are analyzed in high frequency band.The simulation results are consistent with the measured results,and the deviation from the NSA theoretical standard value does not exceed ±4dB.This indicates that predicting the NSA characteristics of the semi-anechoic chamber with the waveband segmentation simulation is feasible.
