摘　　要：介绍超级克劳斯硫磺回收工艺原理与工艺流程,针对小规模超级克劳斯硫磺回收装置的设计特点,从主要工艺参数、独特工艺技术、自动控制方案、设备类型选择、主要设备布置、节能措施等方面进行了深入研究与探讨。为类似装置工程设计时提供更多的思路。This paper introduces the process principle and process flow of super Claus sulfur recovery technology.For the design characteristics of small scale super Claus sulfur recovery unit,this paper makes an in-depth study and discussion on main process parameters,unique process technology,automatic control scheme,equipment type selection,main equipment layout,energy saving and other aspects,and provides more ideas for the engineering design of similar project.
