摘　　要：一种数字控制的高压交流试验失谐保护装置,用于与串联谐振高压试验设备相配合,在出现高压失谐状态时,保护试验系统。试验系统包括输入的交流电压、整流电路、逆变电路、隔离放大电路、谐振升压电路、高压输出、高压取样电路、A/D电路、调压电路、失谐判断电路及单片机控制系统,一旦被试品被高压击穿或高压放电时,失谐判断电路输出信号有效保护高压试验设备,同时让单片机准确判断试验结果。A digitally controlled detuning protection device for high-voltage AC test is used to protect the test system in the event of high-voltage detuning in conjunction with series resonant high-voltage test equipment.The test system includes input AC voltage,rectifier circuit,inverter circuit,isolation amplifier circuit,resonant boost circuit,high-voltage output,high-voltage sampling circuit,A/D circuit,voltage regulating circuit,detuning judgment circuit and single-chip computer control system.Once the test sample is broken down by high voltage or discharged by high voltage,the detuning judgment circuit output signal will protects the high-voltage test equipment effectively and allows the single-chip computer to judge the test result accurately.
