猴头养胃颗粒对急性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：探讨猴头养胃颗粒对胃粘膜的保护作用,为开发胃粘膜保护功能食品提供理论依据。建立无水乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜损伤实验模型,观察胃粘膜出血情况,测定胃粘膜损伤指数,采用H&E染色方法观察胃粘膜组织的病理组织变化及各项指标进行试验分析。结果显示,猴头养胃颗粒能够抑制胃部的肿胀及出血,可使大鼠胃粘膜损伤指数明显降低,并改善大鼠胃粘膜水肿、炎性浸润程度。猴头养胃颗粒对乙醇造成的胃粘膜损伤具有保护作用。To explorethe protective effectof Houtou YangweiGranules on gastric mucosal and provide a scientific basis for the development of gastric mucosal protective food.The model of gastric mucosa damage on rat was established by giving absolute alcohol into stomach,then we observed the gastric mucosal hemorrhage and measured the lesion index.H&Estaining was used to observe the pathological changes of gastric mucosa.The results showed that Houtou YangweiGranulescould inhibit the swelling of the stomach,reduce the incidence of gastric hemorrhage andhemorrhage injury score index.Pathological tissue sections showed gastric mucosal edemaandinflammatory infiltration were significantly improved.This shows that the Houtou YangweiGranules has a protective effect on gastric mucosal injury caused by alcohol.
