摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱法对不同种质资源五味子藤茎中4种木脂素的含量进行了测定,并利用聚类分析法评价其品质,从而筛选出品质较佳的五味子藤茎品系。结果表明,不同种质资源间五味子藤茎的木脂素含量差异显著,聚类分析结果显示,五味子藤茎品系白果和130-9-6的品质较好。该检测方法操作简便,可为五味子藤茎的质量控制提供参考,同时为五味子的种质资源收集和品种选育提供理论参考。An UPLCmethod was established for the simultaneous determination of four lignans in the stems of Schisandra Chinensis.The cluster analysis was used to evaluate the quality of different germplasm resources to choose the best strains in the stems of S.chinensis.The contents of lignans in the stems of S.chinensis fromdifferent germplasm resources had significant differences;The cluster analysis results indicated that white fruit and130-9-6were significantly better than others.This method was easy to operate and could provide a reference for the quality control of the stem of S.chinensis and provided theoretical reference for the collection and breeding of S.chinensis germplasm resources
