摘 要:针对原皮鞣制加工废水氨氮及总氮高、污水厂提标改造场地受限、投资成本高等问题,开展原位强化生物脱氮工程示范研究。结果表明:结合工艺优化,生化系统的处理负荷和耐冲击能力得到大幅提高,生化出水COD_(Cr)稳定在240 mg/L左右,NH3-N、TN分别稳定在19、60 mg/L左右。出水完全达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级标准要求,总氮达到GB/T 31962—2015《污水排放城镇下水道水质标准》表1中B级排放标准。Aiming at the problems that the ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen are high in raw skin tanning processing wastewater,the upgrading and modification of its working sites are limited,investment is high,etc.,the demonstration research on tannery wastewater treatment by in situ enchanced biodenitrification technology has been accomplished.The results show that combined with the process optimization,the treatment loads and shock resistance of the biochemical system are improved to a large extent,the biochemical effluent CODCr keeps stable at about 240 mg/L,NH3-N and TN keep stable at 19 mg/L and 60 mg/L,respectively.The effluent can meet the requirements for the second discharge criterion specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The total nitrogen reaches the level B discharge criterion in Table 1 of the Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015).
