摘 要:首先比较了微观形貌的各表征方法、测量仪器和试验研究方法的优势与局限性,总结了粗糙表面的分形描述是目前非线性研究的主要方法及利用三维参数取代二维表征方法的必然性,展示了粗糙表面理论在接触分形建模方向应用的新进展。最后,结合直流电器工作环境和性能需求,指出接触建模在微观形貌多场耦合研究方向的发展趋势。Firstly,the advantages and limitations of various characterization methods,measuring instruments and experimental research methods of micro-topography are summarized and compared.It is pointed out that the fractal description of rough surface is the main method of nonlinear research at present.The inevitability of substituting three-dimensional parameters for two-dimensional characterization is also pointed out.Then,the new development of rough surface theory in the application of contact fractal modeling is demonstrated.Finally,combined with the working environment and performance requirements of DC electrical apparatus,the development trend of contact modeling in multi-field coupling research of micro-topography is pointed out.
