双线圈切换过程拉弧时间影响因素分析

摘  要:触点在进行切断电路的过程中会产生一定的电弧,拉弧时间的长短对触点的烧蚀有着重要的影响,进而影响产品的机械寿命以及电寿命。以双线圈直流控制接触器为研究对象,探索了线圈辅助触点开距、线圈电压、电容对拉弧时间的影响。随着辅助触点开距的增大,触头的切断能力增强,但产品吸合电压也随着升高,造成线圈电压升高,触点拉弧时间增长。触点两侧并联电容是增强触点分断能力的有效方法,随着电容容量增大,电流振荡次数减少。The contact can produce a certain arc in the process of cutting off the circuit.The length of the arc time has an important influence on the ablation of the contact,and then affects the mechanical life and the electrical life of the product.Taking double coil DC contactor as the research object,the influence of coil auxiliary contact distance,coil voltage and capacitance on the arcing time was explored.With the increase of auxiliary contact distance,the contact cutting ability is enhanced,but the pull-in voltage of products also increases.Then the coil voltage increases and the contact arc time grows.The parallel capacitance on both sides of the contacts is an effective way to enhance the breaking capacity of the contacts.With the increase of capacitance capacity,the number of current shocks decreases.
