摘 要:在有源钳位谐振直流环节三相软开关PWM整流器的基础上,采用了一种改进的正反斜率三角载波比较法来产生驱动脉冲,解决了原调制策略中小区间过渡时由零矢量切换引起的网侧电流畸变。搭建了仿真及试验平台,验证了改进调制策略的可行性,达到了降低开关损耗和EMI水平的目的。On the basis of the three-phase soft switching PWM rectifier with active clamped resonant DC link,an improved positive and negative slope triangular carrier comparison method was used to generate the driving pulses,which solves the net-side current distortion caused by zero-vector switching in the medium and small section transition of the original modulation strategy.A simulation and experimental platform was built to verify the feasibility of the improved modulation strategy,and ultimately achieved the goal of reducing the switching loss and the level of EMI.
