摘　　要：该文针对现状天津市轨道交通客流较低,从轨道交通与城市用地相互关系的角度,分析天津市轨道交通规划编制体系中存在的问题;其次,在分析、总结建设部颁布的《城市轨道沿线地区规划设计导则》及国内如广州、上海等城市轨道交通规划体系的基础上,提出面向土地利用的轨道交通规划编制体系的建议。Facing the low passenger flow of the rail transit in Tianjin,this paper focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the relationship between the construction of rail transit and land usage.Based on the summary of the Guidelines for Planning and Design of Urban Rail Areas promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,as well as relevant experience in other cities such as Guangzhou and Shanghai,this paper proposes suggestions for planning rail transit considering land usage.
