摘  要:[目的/意义]专利激增驱动因素的识别对于优化我国专利发展战略与政策具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于典型地区及企事业单位访谈的资料,采用质性研究方法,对专利激增的驱动因素进行了分析。[结果/结论]识别出专利资助政策、专利意识、高新技术企业认定等23个主要驱动因素;将质性研究结果与相关定量分析结论进行了比较,认为政府意志而非市场规律在我国专利激增中发挥了关键作用。Purpose/significance]Recognition of driving factors for patent explosion has a great significance for the improvement of patent strategy and policy in China.[Method/process]Based on interview materials of enterprises and public institutions in typical regions,the paper analyzes driving factors for patent explosion with qualitative study method.[Result/conclusion]It recognizes 23 main driving factors including patent subsidy policy,patent awareness,high-tech enterprises certification and so on.Through comparison with related quantitative research results,it concludes that will of government rather than market rule plays a key role in patent explosion in China.
