摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究中国科学院科技文献资源投入体系,分析数据库采购经费逐级转移的方式和模式,以期对有经费压力的图书馆解决相关问题提供借鉴。[方法/过程]采用案例分析方法,介绍中国科学院科技文献资源经费保障现状,分析数据库采购经费多级分担模式的优势和存在的不足。[结果/结论]提出规范数据库采购流程,完善数据库保障投入机制;调整科研经费出资比例,积极配合审计工作;优化数据库采购费用分担方案,提高数据库使用效率等推动科技文献资源建设可持续发展的策略。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study on the funds system of scientific literature resources for Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),and analyze mode of progressive transfer of databases purchasing funds,in order to provide some reference for libraries to solve financial pressure.[Method/process]The paper adopts the case study to introduce state of scientific literature resources fund support for CAS,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of multi-level sharing model of database procurement funds.[Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development for scientific literature resources construction,such as standardizing the database procurement process and improving funds guarantee system of databases;adjusting the proportion of scientific research funds and actively cooperating with the audit work;optimizing the database procurement cost sharing scheme and enhancing use efficiency of databases.
