摘  要:[目的/意义]旨在为合理化开展针对女性群体的健康信息服务提供理论支撑。[方法/过程]采用问卷调查法收集341位女性用户开展网络健康信息查寻活动的相关数据,同时对10名女性用户进行半结构访谈;运用SPSS软件分析数据,描述女性用户网络健康信息查寻行为的特征,验证人口统计学因素是否对女性用户查找网络健康信息行为产生影响。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,互联网是女性用户获取健康信息的最普遍来源。养生保健类信息受到女性用户的关注度最高;在协助他人的动机驱使下,女性用户最有可能通过网络查找健康信息;在网上查找健康信息的渠道选择上,女性用户明显倾向于搜索引擎;在查寻方式上,更习惯带有明显目的地检索信息;在查寻健康信息过程中,女性用户最大的障碍是对所查信息的判断和筛选。此外,人口统计学因素对女性用户网络健康信息查寻行为具有显著性差异。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide a theoretical support for reasonable implementation of online health information services for women.[Method/process]The paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to collect the data of online health information seeking activities from 341 women,and has semi-structured interviews with 10 women.Then it uses SPSS to analyze the data,describes the characteristics of female users’online health information seeking behavior,and verifies whether the demographic factors have effect on above-mentioned behavior.[Result/conclusion]The results show that the Internet is the most common source of health information for female users.Regimen and health care information are most popular among female users;driven by the motivation to help others,female users are most likely to seek for health information on the Internet;among various online health information search channels,they are more likely to choose search engines;as to search approaches,they are more used to retrieving information with obvious motivations;their biggest obstacle to search health information online is the judgment and screening information.In addition,demographic factors have significant difference in female users’online health information seeking behaviors.
