摘 要:鼻咽癌是临床常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤之一,治疗方法主要为放化疗。磁共振成像(MRI)的多参数、多方位及多功能特点,使其成为评估鼻咽癌疗效的最佳影像学方法。多模态MRI技术可更全面、更精准地评价鼻咽癌的疗效,为临床治疗提供帮助。常规MRI从形态学评估临床疗效可靠,但观测时间长且不能提供微观信息,不利于临床对疗效的及时评估。功能MRI中动态增强MRI可通过定性、半定量及定量的方式对鼻咽癌疗效进行评估。磁共振扩散加权成像、体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像、扩散峰度成像均是基于水分子的扩散运动来推测活体组织的内部结构变化,并逐渐应用于鼻咽癌的疗效评估。ck,for which chemoradiotherapy is the most important treatment method.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)has become the best method to assess the efficacy more accurately,providing a strong help to the clinical practice.Conventional MRI can evaluate the treatment response from morphology,but the observation time is too long and unable to provide microinformation,which will delay the clinical judgment.Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can evaluate the treatment response of nasopharyngeal carcinoma through qualitative,semi-quantitative and quantitative methods.Diffusion-weighted imaging,intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion weighted imaging and diffusion kurtosis imaging are all based on the diffusion motion of water molecules to estimate the internal structure changes,which are gradually applied to the evaluation of the treatment response of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
