摘 要:为探究茼蒿叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性,采用SPAD-520叶绿素计与分光光度法分别测定"小叶茼蒿"与"大叶茼蒿"两种茼蒿叶片的SPAD值、叶绿素含量,分析其相关性并建立拟合方程。结果表明,小叶茼蒿叶片的SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素总含量的相关性为极显著,而大叶茼蒿的SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素总含量的相关性则较差。就SPAD值与叶绿素a含量的相关性而言,"小叶茼蒿"的最佳函数模型为y=0.0349e0.0571x(r=0.961**),"大叶茼蒿"的最佳函数模型为y=0.3103e0.0087x(r=0.161),两者均为指数函数。就SPAD值与叶绿素b含量的相关性而言,"小叶茼蒿"的最佳函数模型为y=0.5596Ln(x)-1.8316(r=0.845**),"大叶茼蒿"的最佳函数模型为y=0.0009x+0.2058(r=0.065)。就SPAD值与叶绿素总含量的相关性而言,"小叶茼蒿"的最佳函数模型为y=0.0355x-0.8439(r=0.943**),"大叶茼蒿"的最佳函数模型则为y=0.5196e00068x(r=0.133)。To explore the relevance of Chrysanthemum leaf chlorophyll content SPAD values,Using SPAD-520 chlorophyll meter and spectrophotometer determination“lobular chrysanthemum”and“big-leaf garland chrysanthemum”two kinds of tomato leaves SPAD value,chlorophyll content,analyze and establish its fitting equation.The results show that the correlation value and SPAD chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll content of the leaf leaflet Tonghaosu is very significant,The large leaves Tonghaosu the SPAD value and chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll content related to poor,On SPAD chlorophyll a values in terms of the correlation.“Lobular Chrysanthemum”optimal function model y=0.0349e^0.0571x(r=0.961^**),“Big leaf garland chrysanthemum”optimal function model y=0.3103e^0.0087x(r=0.161),Both are exponential functions.SPAD chlorophyll b on the value relevance of the term“lobular Chrysanthemum”model for the optimal function y=0.5596Ln(x)-1.8316(r=0.845**),“big-leaf garland chrysanthemum”model for the optimal function y=0.0009x+0.2058(r=0.065).SPAD value and relevance on the total content of chlorophyll,the“lobular Chrysanthemum”model for the optimal function y=0.0355x-0.8439(r=0.943^**),“big-leaf garland chrysanthemum”optimal function model is y=0.5196e00068x(r=0.133).
