摘  要:为了研究微网与配网之间的功率交换能力,首先,微网控制层建立包含微网综合成本和功率交换能力的优化模型,预估微网的功率交换可行域。配网控制层依据系统安全裕度指标建立功率交换可行域校正模型,实现多微网与配网间功率交换能力评估。其次,利用点估计方法构造随机变量的估计点,并通过微网层确定性优化模型求解,在保证求解速度的同时计及了多种不确定因素。最后,利用典型的微网和配网测试系统模型,验证了所提方法的正确性和可行性。功率交换能力评估结果可为多微网自主参与需求响应市场以及与上层电网间的协调优化、快速备用响应提供参考。In order to study the capability of power interchange among microgrids and the distribution network,firstly,an optimal model in microgrid control layer is proposed considering comprehensive cost and capability of power interchange,to predict power interchange feasible region of microgrids.The power interchange feasible region correction model in distribution network control layer is built based on the index of system stability margin,to evaluate the power interchange capability between multi-microgrids and distribution network.Then,the point estimation method(PEM)is introduced to construct the estimating points of random variables,and the microgrid optimal model is used which ensuring solution speed and covering plenty of uncertainties.Finally,the typical microgrid and distribution network test models are used to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.The evaluation results of the power interchange capability may provide reference for multi-microgrids participate demand response markets,coordinate power exchange capacity and fast reserve responsiveness to upper network.
