摘 要:为研究有间索的双塔无背索斜拉桥的索力参数敏感性,通过建立有限元模型计算索力整体变化时桥梁关键部位结构响应;应用RSM响应面法构建三套拉索的显式响应方程,量化桥梁关键截面对不同拉索的敏感程度.以安徽六安市某桥梁工程为例,对索力整体变化分别取5%及10%的增减变化,计算主、副塔塔身位移及上塔柱截面应力、主梁塔梁固结段等桥梁关键部位的结构响应,掌握索力变化对于异形混凝土桥塔的影响趋势;基于RSM响应面方法确定了S,M,B三套拉索对于桥梁关键节点的敏感因子,定量区分各关键截面对不同拉索的敏感性程度.结果表明:拉索索力对异形混凝土桥塔的塔身位移及上塔柱截面应力有显著影响且对主、副塔影响规律不同;主梁塔梁固结段的应力变化则具有区域性,不同关键节点的结构显著敏感因子具有差异性,通过响应面法求解异形桥塔的索力参数敏感性切实可行.In order to study the sensitivity of cable force parameters of double-tower cable-stayed middle-cabled bridge without back cable,the structural responses of the key parts of the bridge with the overall variation of cable force were calculated by finite element model.The RSM response surface method was used to construct the explicit equation of three different cables,and the sensitivity of key sections of bridge to all kinds of cables was quantified respectively.Taking a bridge project in Lu’an City,Anhui Province as an example,the structural responses of key parts of the bridge,such as the displacement of the main tower and the auxiliary tower,the section stress of the upper tower and the consolidation section of the main girder tower and beam,are calculated by taking 5%and 10%increase and decrease of the overall cable force,respectively,to grasp the influence trend of cable force change on special-shaped concrete bridge tower.Based on RSM response surface method,the sensitivity factors of S,M and B sets of cables to the key nodes of the bridge were determined,and the sensitivity of each key section to different cables was quantitatively distinguished.The results show that the cable force has a significant effect on the tower displacement and the stress of the upper tower column and has different effects on the main and secondary towers.The stress variation of the consolidation section of the main beam is regional,and the structural sensitivity factors of different key points are different.It is feasible to solve the sensitivity of cable force parameters of the special shaped bridge tower by response surface method.
