摘  要:为确定船舶碰撞作用下钢套箱-群桩组合防撞结构的工作机理和防护能力,以余信贵大桥防撞设计为背景,采用显式动力分析软件LS-DYNA建立船舶-组合防撞结构碰撞计算模型,进行不同工况下船舶撞击防撞结构仿真分析,对碰撞相互作用过程、撞击荷载、船舶及结构响应进行分析。结果表明:中心碰撞时的碰撞荷载峰值、持时、冲量和桩顶位移比偏心碰撞时大;中心碰撞时船舶动能大部分转化为系统内能,偏心碰撞时船舶动能大部分保持在自身;典型中心碰撞工况下,船艏及组合防撞结构局部发生塑性变形,但未超过材料强度极限。该防撞结构具有较好的防撞吸能和导向能力,可以保护桥梁结构免受撞击,降低碰撞船舶的损伤。In order to investigate the mechanism and protective capacity of a anticollision structure which is combined with steel fender box and pile group under the action of vessel collision,taking the Yuxingui Major Bridge for example,we established a finite element model of the anticollision structure by using an explicit dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA.Moreover,we performed simulative investigation on the interaction process of impact,collision loading,and the responses of vessel and structure.The results demonstrate that the peak value,duration,impulse of impact load and top displacement of pile under centered collision are greater than those under eccentric collision.Most of the initial kinetic energy by vessel transfers to internal energy of the whole system under centered collision,while the kinetic energy stays in the vessel itself under eccentric collision since the round steel box is able to guide and slide the vessel bow.The vessel bow and local area of protective structure will endure plastic deformation under typical centered collision,while the stresses in these areas do not exceed the ultimate strength of material.This novel protective structure is good at absorbing the collision energy and guiding the vessel,and is able to protect the bridge substructure from vessel collision and minimize the vessel damage.
